Pros
A good place to be if you're an independent learner and self-starter. Management is very direct and transparent, with daily catch-ups on comings and goings. There's a lot of freedom to write about what you think will work for each site, which is nice as a writer. It's an international company with a Kuala Lumpur office, so you get the chance to work on cross-continental projects and with a talented global team. There's also an annual review, which includes salary -- much more generous than at any other company out there, in my experience. Management is very focused on working with each person's interest and skillset, and developing what you want to grow in. You're encouraged to upskill and Hybrid will cover it if it's relevant to the work. Also, if your work is done you can basically leave at 5:30 and there's zero judgement or comments about "half day." Good focus on work-life balance.
Cons
Hybrid isn't really suited to anyone that needs hand-holding or brings baggage to work -- it's a fast-paced office that focuses on moving the company forward. The management is quite direct, so if you're not someone who can handle real talk or accountability, you might be happier elsewhere.
