Unbelievable staff turnover and poor Sydney management - Anonymous employee Hybrid Employee Review

They don't seem to be able to hold onto staff. In my first week I saw the person who hired me resign as well as two senior management staff and another person who started at the same time as me. An email from the MD on their resignations made it clear they were well respected members of the team who had been there a while so Hybrid are clearly losing good people. That news clearly impacted the office however the remaining manager in the office dealt with those departures so poorly that the atmosphere and tension in the office was unbearable. It transpired the week before a further member of staff had left because she had been subjected to regular impromptu meetings to talk about their desire (sounds demoralising). I was also told by a current staff member that they were encouraged to write positive things on Glassdoor after they found 2 bad reviews.
