      Paid weekly First shift workers care about their job Plenty of support

      Cons

      2nd and 3rd shift workers don't seem to care about their job as much as many of the machines and tools break on their shifts Messes left by 2nd and 3rd shift workers for 1st shift employees to take care of Loud environment

      Pros

      HyPro has some great people that work there. The company has raised wages ($20 for a trainee), added a 401K match, gives out birthday certificates, candy bags for Easter and Halloween and does nice things through out the year for its employees.

      Cons

      Have had a few bad days but everyone has those. All in all I really enjoy the work and the people I work with.
