-Recent and sudden layoffs, "restructuring" and changing of store hours without communicating to employees has changed the culture, attitudes and trust of current employees. -Offering FT employees a PT or No time position has caused those to lose benefits immediately, with most not being able to afford COBRA leading to a sense of distrust and a distracted staff. -No chance for advancement given that the newly restructured positions were already chosen with seemingly less experienced, under qualified employees, leaving existing highly qualified and dedicated employees no opportunity to apply, leading to a unhealthy culture and attitudes towards corporate. Nepotism is a known concern and felt to be highly commonplace and unfair to most employees. -They have chosen the model of hiring many people and giving them very few hours,
