Pros

Good insurance, decent pay, alright food...

Cons

Everything. From the HR department treating me like garbage to being scheduled unfairly. I would ask for help with certain tasks and management would brush me off. I would tell management I was going to break after 6 hours of being there and they'd tell me I didn't do enough for a break. Also not getting breaks after 8+ hour shifts. Being yelled at by one of the HR lady in a disrespectful way when we have 15+ customers in line. Very displeased with this company. The worst part is the other assistants talk crap about the other assistant managers. It's like a big daycare with toddlers as management. If I ever could file a complaint about work harassment this would be the time.

Pros

I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

Cons

There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit.
