      Pros

      The larger French based company seems well organized. The location was pretty. Marketing division of company is crushing it.

      Cons

      -poor expectation/goal setting -overworking staff -terrible accommodations that were patched together and sold even though they shouldn’t have been -Clueless what staff was going thru, constant lists of things to improve even though everyone was working OT already. -terrible food and no training offered (it’s not hard just figure it out type of mentality) -witnessed several very dangerous situations that were not appropriately addressed.

      - Flexibility - Responsabilities - Trust - Feedback - Good work atmosphere

      - Change of general manager from what was originaly scheduled = new post as manager of the restaurant instead of a more polyvalent post

      Huttopia Adirondacks was a good work environment

      The on-site living conditions were not bad, but minimal.
