Pros
Good and hard working people on the manufacturing site. Employees will make effort to comply with company production requirements. If you work as a mid level manager, pay is decent.
Cons
Upper management at CRD & CIG are the worst I ever seen in my whole professional career, They don’t care about employees, production needs comes first. Abusive and threatening behavior from managers towards employees. Disrespectful courage, and the worst “back stabbing” culture from managers I had ever seen. There is always something going on behind doors. Very stressful place to work. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
