      Backwoods campus, great people, good benefits & some upward mobility. Compensation is good for the geographic location.

      Cons

      Senior management seems very distracted, almost unable to give changes the opportunity to deliver results before deciding a different approach is needed.

      A family owned business since 1835. When you work there, you are part of the family. Good people to work with.
