Dynamic, fast growing, progressive company. Job growth with this company for young Engineer professionals is evident with 20% sales growth a year. From $20million in sales to $200million in 8 years! Fast pace work environment that is very challenging and rewarding. Great work ethic, open management team style environment. Self motivated people are well rewarded.
Cons
Fast growth has sometimes made work stressful as finding qualified people takes time, but eventually this evens out. Company health insurance is not the best, but adequate.
