Man management is non existent, people being rushed into positions they aren't trained for, conflict resolution is abysmal to say the least, Team leaders need to actually do something other than hide u til management show up and stop relying on operators to pull their weight, instead of screaming at operators like they're children, mental health will suffer due to the managements incompetence, operators being pushed into injuries so the team leaders and supervisors can have their little productivity war its ridiculous
