Pros
growing company with strong technical background, excellent place for someone who wants to stay in technical (engg) area for life with no aspirations, some one who wants to jump the ship in 1-2 years, perfect company for design engineers
Cons
not a good place for building /growing skills , definitely not a place for management positions or long term growth. The company makes ONLY one product - hyd valve, so stuck with it- no variations or other opportunities, inexperienced management (most of them have never worked outside), lacks vision, no processes or documentations, some CHEAP policies ( no company laptop, if working from home- log into office desktop using personal computer at home) but executives are busy swapping fancy cars ( RS7). micromanagement overall wont recommend
