      Pros

      Cares about interns, well organized, reasonably compensated, provides interns with work similar to that of a full-time hire. Office is generally very young and people are relatable.

      Cons

      Many of the projects involve re-runs' of tests that already have results. Quantity of validation testing, and performance verification, opposed to new innovations make company feel stagnant at times.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
