      Husco allows employees the opportunity to maintain a great work life balance. The culture at Husco is also very positive and they hire a lot of young engineers.

      Cons

      When engineers leave, those left are usually left to pick up the workload and sometimes this workload doesn’t end up going away.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
