Pros
The end product is one of a kind, it is very heartwarming for someone who is seeking an ethical end product to be involved with. Also, chances to visit destinations as part of your familiarization is definitely a good gesture from the company.
Cons
The company is very prone to going through significant changes too often that it almost became a company tradition. It feels like working for a newly found start-up rather than 130+ years old institution. And some offices definitely struggles with transparency amongst higher ups, HR and the staff. This should be worked on as well.
