Awesome work life balance. Coworkers are amazing.

This is a smaller firm so you need to stay on top of your own work. There isn't a lot of room for pushing off tasks to someone else BUT when you need help with something there is always someone willing to jump in and help out! Not really a con.

Flexible work schedule, lots of work to do, lots of ways to learn and grow.

You have to teach yourself a lot, office politics, raises are treated like favors that you need to return. Bad employees are heavily rewarded and their behaviors ignored while good employees are given more work.
