teamlead without knowledge. It is pathetic how often , if you need support nobody can help you. they create two class of employees the first ones , their friends and the rest,If you are in the second group ,you will be a wall or a phantom in the company. does not matter all the efforts that you could do it ,they never will recognize your work . just do not a mistake if you do not want to pass to be a phantom and be in the crosshair of the department . Careful with the relocation pack .The location of the company is not the best place to live , they offered high relocation to bring people from different countries due to it is not easy for them to find people with languages and specific background. When you had been selected to work to Huntsman they give you the relocation but after sign the contract when you probably are involved in a lot of expenses they will say what is included in the relocation.In my opinion , not use that money You will have to buy a car ,The company is not near of any comfortable town. In summary no trust in nobody there, have the eyes opened, and remember not all is money in this life.
