      Pros

      Smaller organization than other big chemical companies gives you plenty of opportunities to have an impact and get noticed. If you can live in The Woodlands... amazing short commute.

      Cons

      Difficult to move jobs between the divisions. A bit of a secret Mormon club with Huntsman relatives and long-time employees...not too bad, but it's there.
