Pros
Huntsman has good collaboration and good work culture. Singapore office is still traditional. Fun and smart colleagues. Very focused when resolving high value issues.
Cons
Slow to adopt to technology which is understandable because everything is stable and information technology is not the main concern rather it's icnreasing productivity.
