Pros
I met some great people and developed good friendships at Hunton Group. The compensation is above industry standards. Medical plan is average at best.
Cons
Most upper management including company officers don't care about people who work for them. They care about the outward company image only. The people are treated like peasants who should bow before the elites. Tenure and job performance means nothing at all to them. Company officers are of low morale character.
