With regard to the hours that you worked, all employees are made aware of the schedule requirements prior to hire. As this is a full-time, salaried position it is natural to expect that there may be some hours that you will work outside of what is typically scheduled. In addition, to offset any time that may be needed on Saturdays, Huntington offers a flex schedule enabling staff to work out a schedule where he/she leaves earlier one evening during the week.
The Huntington programs work. In fact, we are an accredited organization that goes through an extensive certification process on a regular basis. Our accreditation certifies that the programs we provide to students are legitimate and lead to great results. We have the same accreditation as private and public schools. In just 3 months, our students achieve a combined 2+ grade levels of growth in Reading and in Math -- which is amazing! On the ACT, our students see an increase of 4.2 points; and, on the SAT an increase of 192 points in just two and a half months.
