Cons
They pay for 40 hours but want most of their management employees to work 10 hour days. They don't like giving back time or compensating for overtime. They require attendance even on weekends when there are snow storms or when office work has fallen behind. They require office employees to drive when they are shorthanded. They pay some of their help less than they pay drivers even when their office people drive the same vehicles that union drivers do. There is no employee handbook available so that office staff know what is expected of them. There are no job descriptions. There is limited communication between upper management and office staff.
