Cons
None of the departments/employees seem to know the answers to questions. Working there as a teller/customer experience banker. We got taken out of the incentive pay but we were still expected to sell sell. If you had an issue with a customer or a question that a customer had and you called the helpline, you seem to get a different answer every single time. Or they would direct you to a different apartment and that department could not answer your question either. It was a lot of back and forth just to get a simple thing done for customer. Management also doesn't seem to know what they're doing. They have a lot on their plates as they handle all the business banking that comes into the bank so therefore they can't really help with anything else inside of the branch and it's all up to you. Tellers do most of the work.
