Quality Control/ Machine Operator - Quality Assurance/Machine Operator Hunting Employee Review

Working with upper management gives you no sense of direction. Management usually does not give out any type of vision of company goals. Management will overwork employee. Favoritism is a major problem in the company. I was originally told that the opportunity to move up in a career ladder. I have learned every possible machine when I requested for more compensation for my knowledge, it was shot down with out a second thought. I worked as hard as humanly possible but, it was never enough for managers.
