Pros
Great people to work with, who tried hard under difficult positions to ensure a high standard of work. The pay was also of a very good standard.
Cons
Staff morale was low which I deemed to be because of a very bad standard of lower management. I believe the problem occurred because of a retirement from a well respected and knowledgable manager who made the job seem easy. Higher management was then put in a false perspective due to this and his replacements are/were severely lacking in the skills required to do the job.
