Anti-LGBT - ICT Analyst Hunter Water Employee Review

Extremely toxic Digital department. Openly hostile team. Was screamed at to "f*** off" by co-worker. Reported incident but nothing was done. Was discriminated and made to feel unsafe for being an openly queer trans woman despite company pushing inclusivity policies. Position was advertised as flexible WFH but was then switched to 5 days in the office, take it or leave it. Employment was terminated mid shift without warning or explanation, while I was with a working with a user to resolve an issue. Told to stop calling when I tried to find out why. Can only assume due to management's anti-lgbt stance.
