Pros
The people who have worked here for over ten years are very knowledgeable and are passionate for the most part. the annual bonus is very good. It’s based on your level.
Cons
The top executive is very cheap with traveling, annual merit increases and training. I didn’t know what micromanagement was until working here. No decision is made unless the president approves it and the morale is low from the production floor to the salary workers.
