Pros
Hunter Douglas has a great benefits package. It is a healthy, stable company from the standpoint that it is a market leader and has substantial financial backing. It isn't a publicly traded company so doesn't have to conform to the demands of Wall Street shareholders.
Cons
It's been a great place to work but in the past few years there is a changing of the guards in upper management that has created a shift in the culture that isn't exactly on the + side. The notion that the company cares for it's people has faltered a bit which is unfortunate.
