Worked with some very lovely people. Somewhat flexible. You get an inside view of the corruption behind the scenes of higher education administration.
Cons
Awful pay, hard to move up, toxic work environment from senior staff. President of school creates a hostile environment and leads by fear mongering. Lack of compassion and empathy towards workers.
