Everyone that works at Hunter Boots USA is intelligent and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere and culture is one of sophistication and empowerment. I will say that open positions are limited here but if you are lucky to get in, you would probably see what I see which is that it's one of the best companies to work for. Management gets the importance of a good work environment and they appreciate their staff. The benefits package is pretty impressive also. My personal opinion is that getting a job at Hunter Boots USA is like winning the job lottery.
