Pros
My experience thus far has been very positive. The space itself is a sight to behold - really unlike any artist's studio I have ever visited. The scale alone is impressive, but once inside, surrounded by plants, birds, and countless paintings covering the walls - it is a truly special environment that I have felt lucky to consider "the office". The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to help you settle in as you acclimate to the job. There is a decent amount of freedom when it comes to which aspects of studio affairs you would like to be involved in, which is a gratifying change from the usual "stay in your lane" attitude adopted by most Art World jobs.
Cons
Not without its obstacles, as with any art world job (and I have experienced the full spectrum of it) - the most important thing to remember is that the situation is what you make of it.
