worked for it when it was under different name... then it had great people., good management, great atmosphere.

was taken over by another company that completely destroyed it

-Very casual dress code, but even then it's a little too casual.

-Management consists of all males, sexist males at that. This wouldn't be a problem at all if they actually gave the capable women who work there a chance. Yet they don't just because they are women. -Management consists of sexual harassing males. Now this isn't for all the male management, but one in particular. This individual only helps the women who are "his type", ignores the others. He has sexually harassed female employees who worked under him because he thought he could. He is a liability just waiting to happen. This management also refused the women to take bathroom breaks, resulting in the women ruining clothes and possibly causing heath problems to those women. (They were on their period and he stated that was not an excuse to leave their station) -Same management as above has a temper problem. He will scream, cuss, yell and throw things out of a small amount of anger. Or if he doesn't get his way he will throw a tantrum, like a small child because their mother will not get them a candy bar in the store. Again, liability. -Once again, same management as above, will not do their work. Instead they will push it onto the other employees that work "under" him and then they will reap the benefits. Instead they like to use their time on Facebook and other non-work related websites. (Definitely an abuse of power) -Main management cannot and will not deal with any confrontation what so ever. Instead they will let the under management and other employees harass and bully one another, until the harassed and bullied employee quits. -They still use ILLEGAL rat bait to kill the rats. When it was brought to their attention that it was in fact illegal, they brushed it off like it was no big deal. This has caused death to individuals pets/animals because of the contamination. Some of these animals are the livelihood of their customers, yet H&B doesn't care. -They allow unlicensed individuals drive a forklift, when OSHA comes for a visit they send an individual running through the property to warn the unlicensed to stop driving the vehicles. -And Many More!
