Pros
Usually a nice team of co workers, employee discount.
Cons
Wages are low, but requirements high. Cleaning after closing (usually 45 min) is not paid. Training time using the app isn't paid If you are sent to another store to help out, your commute time isn't paid too. Feels a lot like wage theft. Add in stress, a strict dress code and zero consideration for your availability as a student working part time, and you get a pretty clear picture what working there is like. Been told by the store manager that people usually don't stay longer than a few months, and that she gets it.
