I loved and miss the positive work culture. In my team, everyone worked well together. The executive team frequently organized team-building activities. There were opportunities for learning and growth throughout the year. My success was always recognized and celebrated.

There were not many that I can recall.

Some coworkers are supportive and will do their best to help you survive the chaos. Benefits are decent if you can stick around long enough to use them.

Toxic management, poor communication, and constant turnover. They will overwork you, expect you to do more than one person’s job, and still micromanage you. Residents suffer due to lack of leadership, and good employees burn out quickly.
