      1. Friendly HR and Admin team who encourage everyone to participate in team-building activities. 2. Good opportunity to learn from the founders and their experience. 3. Nice new office and infrastructure with inspiring quotes and doodles on the wall. 4. Cool board games in the cafeteria act as a good stress buster. 5. Colleagues are friendly and cooperative.

      Cons

      It is a consistently growing company and is improving in every aspect day by day. Based on my personal expectations, I don't see a con as such.
