We're very sorry for the negative experience that you had, and we have been working hard since you were employed with us in 2016/2017 to ensure the company has improved on all the fronts you've mentioned. Starting a company is difficult, and as you witnessed for the first year of Humi's existence, can be very chaotic at times. To be specific, some of the steps we've taken in the past 2 years are: - Adding more structure to the org-chart to ensure everyone has clear roles and responsibilities. - As we've scaled from 10 to 40 people, we've brought on people from all walks of life to provide a breadth of viewpoints. - We have solidified a business model and product focus over the past few years, which has helped us grow to where we are today. We have more work to do, as in our eyes there is always room for improvement. As we scale the team from 40 to 100, we will continue to take in feedback, and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the best results possible for Humi as a whole.
