Payroll and benefits have recently been outsourced so that can possibly be positive.

All aspects are micro-managed from Korea HQ.
There exists no shared view of mutual respect, no holistic view of group collaboration.
Employees are generally treated as children.
No path for singular self-actualization, everything is done as a group.
The company lacks the ability to compete in the U.S. for CATV market share.
Recent M&A was a total disaster, and only served to kill otherwise good jobs/careers of good people due to horrible upper management and vision at Humax.
