5yWe welcome positive and constructive feedback and, in keeping with our culture of transparency, are keen to respond to any public, as well as internal, comments which we feel are inaccurate or do not represent the way we work. We trust the following facts do this:
1. Humatica benchmarks our compensation regularly in the countries out of which we operate, i.e. the UK and Switzerland, and make the necessary adjustments to attract and retain entrepreneurial, ambitious and talented individuals. On top of this, for the last three years we have paid out 25% of annual profits in three yearly instalments to non-Partner consulting and admin staff which has resulted in the doubling of their target bonus
2. The Zurich office is not only focused on the DACH region, but rather we flexibly staff out of both the London and Zurich offices for projects anywhere in Europe or further abroad. Last year, the Zurich office acquired and executed two projects in the US with teams working on post-merger integration in Silicon Valley and a large transformation project for a globally active firm operating out of New York. We have also acquired and staffed projects from the DACH region in Singapore, Korea, China, India, Australia over the past two years.
3. Yes, the offices have different cultures and we embrace diversity. We are over 10 nationalities in the team including US, UK, NZ, S, I, CH, D, NL, CZ, F, LB ….and the UK is naturally different from Switzerland.
4. Many Humaticans have used their experience to either found companies themselves or join PE-funds or portfolio companies. We are always proud to have helped them achieve their career goals.
