Pros

The few employees that work there are nice. That’s literally it.

Cons

The reviews from August 23, 2023, January 8, 2022 (especially this one) and February 16, 2017 are all still 100% accurate. Don’t believe anything you read in the job description or anything you hear in the interviews. I had high hopes before starting here but it only took me a few days to realize I had make a mistake. This place will wear you to the ground. Everything going wrong with the company is always the recruiters fault, even when you’ve done everything you could while everybody else dropped the ball. The expectations will continuously rise, even though they offer no additional resources or rewards. There is little to no support. Issues were raised constantly but nothing changed, we were just told “that’s how it is” and expected to ignore it. For example, the CEO is very rude and confrontational towards the men in the office, and he makes the women uncomfortable with things he says. He talks negatively about recruiters to other recruiters/employees in the office. He deliberately tries to pit recruiters against each other. The CEO will also act like it’s such an amazing place to work, he even went so far as paying people to leave 5 starts google ratings. However, on top of what i’ve already mentioned about the awful culture, the benefits are below average. There’s no 401k match at all, no education assistance, 2 weeks of PTO, no sick time, average medical benefits, no room no paid holidays for your first year, and there’s no real work life balance. The CEO hates work-from-home and will do everything in his power to keep you in the office full-time, and he always makes comments about how people should come in early, leave late, work through lunch, and work on weekends. The commission is not anything special either. You don’t even gain any meaningful experience, and there is no opportunity for a career here. If you join as a recruiter, you will stay a recruiter. There are about 60 recruiters (that I’m aware of) who were hired in the last 10 or so years that no longer work there today. They can’t retain recruiters more than 1-2 years for all the reasons listed here and in the other reviews.
