Pros

When you are not paid well, get no career growth, and feel no appreciation, you feel awfully depressed, not happy.

Cons

Nothing is worse than unethical leadership. The people in power are terrible. They make use of poor business practices, such as not paying people by making instant policy changes. It has created an ambiance of stress and negativity. No employee feels valued or appreciated here. Each employee is ridiculously exhausted and hoping for better days. Sadly, I lost a few years of my life clinging to hope and found no happiness. I had to quit. There is a lack of teamwork here, too. Employees are on their own. Everyone is so hostile and fake that you don’t feel like talking to your teammates. It’s awful.

Pros

It's great that the company continues to grow without diluting its culture. There are opportunities to take on new responsibilities, learn different aspects of the business, and keep developing professionally. The leadership encourages growth, and the team is easy to work with. The pay and benefits are solid. It’s a place where people can build a long-term career rather than just hold a job.

Cons

There are difficult days, but as a whole, I wouldn't say there are cons per se.
