Pros

The intake and billing teams are very easy to work with, and they handle a big portion of the workload, so I can focus on clients instead of chasing paperwork all day. Manageable workload, a steady flow of referrals A good balance between independence and structure The remote flexibility doesn’t affect team communication. No micromanagement, only timely guidance

Cons

The workflows take some time to get used to, so the first few weeks can be a bit overwhelming.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really glad to hear that the collaboration between teams, the balance of independence and support, and the overall workflow have helped create a positive environment for your work. It’s especially meaningful to hear that the intake and billing teams have made a difference in allowing you to focus more fully on client care. Building strong operational support around clinicians is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your honesty about the learning curve at the beginning. Starting in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems can feel overwhelming at first, and we’re always looking for ways to make onboarding and training even smoother for new team members. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for being part of the Humantold community.
