Pros

Pros: - Good work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements available depending on the team. - Supportive colleagues and a collaborative environment to get through day-to- day - Opportunity to learn in your role (intense workload)

Cons

- There’s a noticeable divide between senior leadership and the rest of the UK team - Career progression is extremely limited, and only reserved for upper management with an unwritten expectation to remain in the same role for five years before even considering promotion. - Employees who express a desire for career growth are often vilified or dismissed, discouraging ambition. - Salaries are below industry standards, making it challenging to retain top talent, thus constant turnover - Although the charity promotes itself as inclusive to people with disabilities, this inclusivity often feels performative and unsupported in practice. - Minority groups are tokenised, particularly in the UK, rather than being meaningfully empowered. - Safeguarding processes are inadequate, which creates an uncomfortable environment for addressing sensitive issues.
