Pros

Professional development, supervision paid for, good supervision team. People that you work with are really friendly and supportive, management team up to State managers are really great, multidisciplinary exposure can move across brands, some career progress opportunities

Cons

Unfortunately all of the cons for this company stem from the CEO. He has a growing reputation of being a bully and gaslighting people when they challenge him or provide him with feedback. He will present really friendly and caring however when it actually comes to following through with change he won't, or will do it in a way that suits him best. As a result, front line clinician's are burning out at increasingly high rates but then ELT is confused about why there is so much staff turnover? Very KPI driven, which is understandable to an extent however this is not done in a balanced manner i.e. people are not inspired and therefore are not supported to be intrinsically motivated but rather lead with power and fear. Such a shame because this company has an incredible amount of potential to be leaders in the industry.

Pros

I had a supportive supervisor who genuinely cared about my professional development, and the team culture was collaborative and welcoming. Paid supervision was a huge benefit, and I felt encouraged to ask questions and grow my clinical skills. Work–life balance was generally manageable.

Cons

Like many early-career clinician roles, the workload could become heavy at times and processes occasionally felt rigid. Some administrative tasks were time-consuming, but manageable with good communication.

Pros

Colleges I worked with were all nice/trying their best.

Cons

There was a big restructure a few months ago (which doesn’t seem to be working). Managers are no longer responsive/supportive as they have absorbed the work of 2 other managers. Clinical supervision changed, and now the those supervisors are overworked and not responsive either. Support for practitioners is very limited. The company cancelled all PBS supervision (across the company) for all of December without any notice.
