Employees are a pleasure to work with, the benefits are also very good. At times exciting work.
Cons
No confidence in management. They are out of touch and their style of management does not bring out the best in the work force. Planning has always and will continue to be an Achilles heel here. Most sales orders are last minute due to unrealistic time lines and very poor planning. Communication is poor as well, engineering is aware of many issues but it's never passed on and the issues are never taken care of. Popular means of fixing them are to have deviations included at time of delivery. Too many times opinions from the wrong people are taken as the "best way to conduct business". Then when it fails we move on to the next "expert" who throws in their 2 cents. Most employees feel under appreciated and their opinions are disregarded. Double standard is a way of life at Humanetics. Salary vs. Hourly, the discrepancy is ridiculous. The morale is low, many are waiting for a different opportunity to go someplace where they can be appreciated.
