As and IT training platform/host, you have access to endless training to improve your skill/value as an IT professional. Amazing verticality/internal promotion, solid starting pay, amazing benefits, all virtual, limited travel, exotic locations for company meetings, and the best culture.
Cons
Even entry level positions require a higher knowledge/experience base than average. Inner company training leaves much to be desired. Pay for some positions is not competitive with industry standard.
