Pros
Company works very hard to engage employees in their culture and diversity is high on the menu. I do commend Humana on focusing on community building efforts, and the ability to create spaces where employees can be heard. Pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Efforts to condense very complex information especially when dealing with insurance- didn't translate well at times in the virtual training environment. Newbies without notice are placed in the crossfire of business needs and are short changed on vital information.
