      If you know the right people you can move around anywhere in the company and bypass the "red tape.'

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime on the weekends and no leniency for life issues. If you are late you will be fired. If you make a mistake you will be fired. Training is horrible and a complete waste of time because the trainers do not teach you anything IF they even show up for training at all . People are very clique-ish and judge you based upon your looks and not your credentials or background. .
