All designers in the company share the same ‘Experience Designer’ title regardless of years of experience. Tends to get difficult to differentiate b/w a lead, senior and/or junior designer. But this is only an issue in the beginning tho.

Workload is often high with unrealistic timelines and frequent last-minute changes. Lack of clear processes and documentation creates confusion. Limited work-life balance and inconsistent planning across projects.
