As time passed, i discovered how toxic this place is, there is nothing called work life balance, no personal boundaries and if you decide to have some time for yourself PTO, they gang up and spread rumors about you, this place has the worst work politics you’ll ever encounter

Colleagues are great and good for learning if you want experience

Terrible management, no strategy what so ever, power in the hands of wrong people, management lack expertise
