Worst work place - Learning And Development Specialist Human Network International Employee Review

There is nothing to say here; an unrecommended place for the creative people.

Very weak and ineffective management, unqualified leaders for my department I spent a one year on this company without gaining any technical or professional development. They were focusing only on personal challenges!! Also notice period is 6 months and they didn't tell you that previously, they will say that after the first 3 months is already passed.

Colleagues are great and good for learning if you want experience

Terrible management, no strategy what so ever, power in the hands of wrong people, management lack expertise
