Pros
Nimble team, highly flexible Lots of internal training which may not be relevant to all?
Cons
Basically a privately founded company who rely on one person's decision and your career is dependent on how visible you are to him and how much he likes you. Any small complaints / negative feedback can easily down spiral your role despite your consistent performance. Dependable on which office / market you are based in, working conditions might differ. Most country managers are overwhelm to give a care and figuring out along the way is a strategy. System and approach are out of date and refusal by management to listen. Staff can only say yes to the man's ego. Can be religious. Transformational on surface - authoritarian in practice. Not the place for growth and career development
